Redevelopment Proposal
4 different options were produced for the site, incorporating different mixes of Housing, Retail, Light Industrial, Offices & A3 use.
Designs had to accommodate the potential future expansion to the East of the site, while still working as a coherent development proposal on the existing site alone.
