Each floor provides a nett internal area of approximately 441 sq.m. (4,747 sq.ft.) and is capable of sub-division to provide small lets of a variety of sizes.

The unit has been designed to create a contemporary style, and the elevations use a limited palette of materials to create clean and crisp facades.

Construction commenced Autumn 2011.
