Angus Meek Architects was commissioned to investigate development options for this former garden centre site in the Whiteladies Road Conservation Area of Clifton.
Planning permission was secured for 8 townhouses and 4 mews houses maximising the available brownfield site.
The development was completed by Linden Homes with AMA continuing architectural services during this phase, with a complete working drawing package and support consultancy to the main contractor, including achieving NHBC and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 compliance approvals.
