Outline planning approved business park development providing B1, B2 and B8 employment classes.
Following a review of specialist archaeological, ecological and highway reports, Angus Meek Architects established the key ‘Constraints and Opportunities’ and ‘Development Parameters’ for the site.
This process subsequently informed a preliminary development appraisal and coverage schemes that assessed the potential for the site, including large format distribution units as well as a more traditional business park delivering self contained sites capable of accommodating a range of units.
Subsequently, planning permission was secured for the first phase of two buildings comprising 4no. B8 industrial units, each with ancillary B1 accommodation.
