A 3-phase development which in total will provide up to 315 new dwellings on land off Killams Drive in Taunton, Somerset.
Killams Park is a flagship development and seeks to provide attractive new homes set in generous amounts of open space with children’s play areas, wildflower meadows, grass areas and wildlife corridors all incorporated into the scheme.
Phase 1, comprising 94 dwellings, was completed in 2018 and Phase 2, comprising 124 dwellings is currently under construction.
Angus Meek Architects continues their long-term relationship with regional house builder Summerfield Homes to provide the technical design, working drawings package and on-site assistance.
