190 CHURCH ROAD - WORK PROGRESSES ON SITE

Work is currently progressing on site for the redevelopment of the former bank at the corner of Church Road and Blackswarth Road in St George, Bristol, and is due for completion by the end of June.

The scheme includes internal alterations and associated change of use to the ground floor to accommodate a café/bar, to be operated by the team responsible for The Christmas Steps and The Spotted Cow pubs in Bristol.

Residential accommodation is provided at first and second floor levels in the form of six 1-bedroom apartments.
