Angus Meek Architects has secured approval for a non-material amendment, paving the way for construction to begin on 10 multifunctional eco units at Bridgwater Gateway.
Designed with sustainability at their core, the new units will achieve EPC A+ rating and feature integrated solar power, battery storage, and dedicated EV charging facilities.
The development marks the next phase in the evolution of the business park masterplan, with the design of further plots already in progress for a diverse range of commercial occupiers.
