Progress continues at a vast rate at Bridgwater Gateway, with a number of significant milestones reached over recent weeks:
The first phase of Angus Meek Architects’ involvement has reached completion on site, comprising a new Dominos restaurant, Greggs drive through bakery and a dedicated EV charging site.
Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 4 new employment buildings of between 11,000 and 20,000 ft² floorspace on Plot 1600.
A planning application has been submitted for development of Plot 1700 comprising a terrace of 6no. industrial units, and for Plot 1800 to provide 2 further employment buildings of around 50,000ft² GIA.
