Revised Proposals for Redevelopment
Following discussions with the Local Planning Authority, and withdrawal of the previous application, revised proposals have now been submitted for the redevelopment of the former bank at the corner of Church Road and Blackswarth Road.
The proposals include the same internal alterations and associated change of use to the ground floor to accommodate a café/bar, to be operated by the team responsible for The Christmas Steps and The Spotted Cow pubs in Bristol.
The proposed redevelopment now includes reduced scale new residential accommodation at first and second floor in the form of four 1-bedroom apartments.
