Following a successful planning application, work has now reached completion with Crossman Group for the redevelopment of the derelict Speedwell Swimming Baths to provide 31 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable housing provider, Abri.
The swimming baths closed in 2005 and the scheme aims to regenerate this important community site.
