Planning application submitted to South Gloucestershire Local Authority for a new, replacement private dwelling in Chipping Sodbury.

The proposals include the demolition of the original 1960s dwelling with the new design seeking to provide a modern home for the owners whilst being sympathetic to the character of the Chipping Sodbury Conservation Area and neighbouring Listed Buildings.
