Mixed use redevelopment proposals
Outline planning application submitted for the partial demolition and redevelopment of land at Nightingale Court, located off Nightingale Close and Mead Vale, Weston-super-Mare.
The proposals seek to reinvigorate and enhance the local area and include illustrative development proposals for up to 34no. residential units including affordable housing, together with retained commercial & retail spaces which will continue to provide a local community hub.
Planning determination is expected early 2021.
