Residential Development
Construction work has reached completion for the development of 8no. three and four bedroom, detached, family dwellings, all with associated garages, in the village of Galhampton, Somerset.
In addition, planning permission has recently been granted to create a further four bedroom family dwelling, with detached double garage, on the remaining plot of land within the overall development site.
The proposed dwelling has been designed to sit within its context, drawing from the material palette, form and scale of the nearby 8no. new houses, whilst adopting a more traditional appearance reflective of the historic village buildings, including 2no. Grade II Listed Farmhouses a few doors down on the main road.
Construction of this final dwelling is expected to commence shortly.
