Planning permission granted for 9no. new dwellings on the site of the former Sutton Spice in the village of Bishop Sutton.
The development proposes a mix of conversion and new build properties, safeguarding the future of the existing heritage buildings and providing a new frontage to the streetscape.
A new pedestrian route is also proposed to link the new homes to the adjacent public park to the north of the site, improving the site’s connection to the wider village.
