Planning approval secured at appeal for the proposed redevelopment of the former Old Tavern Pub, Blackberry Hill, Bristol.
The proposal is for the conversion and extension of the Grade II listed building, together with the erection of a new building within the site curtilage, to provide 33 student bedrooms with ancillary common areas and amenity space.
