Following a successful planning submission, work on site has commenced for the development of 2 new dwellings on land adjacent 36 Bath Road in Bradford on Avon.
The project involves the part demolition of the existing commercial garages and associated storage buildings, and erection of two self-build, 4-bedroom dwellings including parking, landscaping and associated works.
