The next stage of Angus Meek Architects’ collaboration with Bridgwater Gateway is now underway, with Principal Contractor, Devon Contractors, beginning construction at Plot 1600.
The development will deliver four new EPC A+ energy-rated employment buildings, ranging from 11,000 to 20,000 ft². High-tech medical company Alliance Medical is set to become the first occupier.
Set within 100 acres overlooking Junction 24 of the M5, Bridgwater Gateway is a major mixed-use development designed to support long-term sustainability and help drive economic growth across the region.
