New Sustainable Business Units
Construction work has reached completion at Methuen One, Chippenham.
The scheme, the latest to be facilitated by Angus Meek Architects for Ashville, comprised the reconfiguration of the existing, vacant office premises, revitalising the 1990s building as a modern, sustainable and flexible commercial development.
The 15 business units created, ranging from 1,500ft² to 3,500ft², suit a range of potential occupiers and each benefit from cycle storage, electric vehicle charging points and roof mounted solar PV to provide green energy on an affordable basis to occupiers.
The development has an EPC A+ rating and provides a total of 40,000ft² floor space within the well-established Methuen Park employment area of Chippenham, creating a long-term economic asset for the locality and the wider Wiltshire region.
