Continuing Angus Meek Architects’ long term association with Ashville, we are delighted to be bringing forward the next phase of sustainable development at Ashville Business Park in Staverton, Gloucestershire.
The proposals include a further 600,000 ft² of flexible employment floorspace, providing high quality industrial / warehouse space for advanced manufacturing and key industrial sectors, alongside new sport facilities and long-term regeneration of a part brownfield site.
Enhanced pedestrian / cycle links, including provision of a mobility hub, and landscaping a natural amenity space, have been incorporated into the plans.
One of the keystones of the expanded park is a new, purpose-built 100,000 ft² warehouse unit with ancillary offices and staff facilities for the global aerospace and defence company Safran.
The overall development will unlock a long term allocation for Employment Use and complementary facilities, ensuring the retention of key international occupiers and the strengthening of local employment through the delivery of up to 1000 new jobs.
